ROSEMARY WESTELL
During the late 1970s (just as her father, Rex Gardner, did in the 1930s) Rosemary photographed shops, businesses and people of the town in an attempt to capture something of a rapidly disappearing world. During the 1980s, the 1990s and to this day Rosemary continues to capture local images and donate to the Image Bank.
